Marketing Strategy
Using storytelling & my understanding of people to market a brand.
At the University of Missouri, I worked with clients and teams to improve businesses' digital and traditional marketing for brands like Course Creators HQ, United Soccer League, Midwest Dairy, and a Mizzou baseball athlete for NIL representation. I conducted research, analyzed company data, identified market landscapes, and developed actionable campaigns to meet client goals.
In my capstone with Midwest Dairy, I:

-
Led a team of five as Account Manager through a research-driven marketing campaign, managing timelines, workflows, and a $300 budget.
-
Served as the primary client liaison, aligning strategies with business objectives.
-
Delivered research-based insights and developed a social media strategy featuring engaging video content.

Our campaign was selected by Midwest Dairy and is set to launch in January 2026.

One of my courses included a campaign for an ice cream company -- Coolhaus. I designed ice cream characters and animations for print, digital and video ad concepts. The button to the left takes you to a storyboard I created for a video spot concept.
Journalism Projects
Audio: Ricky Horton KBIA/NPR Feature Story
During my freshman year, I produced an audio interview with MLB broadcaster and former player Ricky Horton. The piece aired on mid-Missouri’s KBIA and was later published on the NPR website. I learned audio editing techniques, including cutting for flow and reducing background noise, while working in a professional recording studio. I also conducted in-depth research to guide a smooth, 30-minute interview that yielded strong content.

After the project's success, I navigated the process of publishing it on NPR—coordinating with MLB representatives to secure permissions, corresponding with multiple contacts and even meeting with an MLB attorney to learn about the legal side of journalism.
